As an empath, I know the power of Karma and I respect that power. Without Karma, things would be out of balance. When I was younger, I thought I could get revenge on people and take matters into my own hands. Then Karma struck me hard and I realized that the Universe does not need my help.
You may have heard Karma described in the following ways:
-“What goes around, comes around”
-“You reap what you sow”
-“Treat others the way you want to be treated” – I will expand more on that.
As I started my journey, I found out some things about Karma. Different versions of this concept are accepted in pretty much all religions.
Karma is the natural way of the Universe- There is good and bad, order and chaos, dark and light. Everything in the Universe is about balance. Karma balances things out by making sure there’s an equal and just serving of good and bad consequences. Both science and Creator have confirmed this is law that maintains the Universe, respect it.
Be aware that you can create your own Karma- “For every action, there is a equal and opposite reaction.” Of course there are circumstances beyond our control, but make sure you are careful of the things you can control. For example, how we treat each other may determine how the Universe treats us. When you put out that positive, loving and compassionate energy, you may soon see that you reap exactly what you sow.
Karma is just and intentional- Whether your Karma is good or bad, it’s probably something you deserve even if your ego might not feel the same. Karma, like a lot of things in the Universe, is done with intention. You don’t get bad Karma just because, while you may feel whatever action you took was justified, the Universe might not see it that way.
Karma is a teacher- It’s not here to you hurt you or play with your life. Like I said before it’s to maintain balance. It keeps our egos in check by teaches us that while we may be looking out for ourselves, we are all connected and we must be considerate, kind, honest and kind.
It’s been a while since I’ve written a post, a lot of things have been happening to me and it just makes for more stories of my journey. I’ll soon be writing about how to be kind when others aren’t.
