When Creator Doesn’t Give You The Answer You Want

  • by

Sorry for the delay, I have been going through some stressful times. Sickness, heartache and an unstable bank account, but that’s life I suppose…

Anyways, these personal struggles inspired this post. When I was going through hard times I prayed about an outcome that I felt was best for me. When Creator gave me my answer, I wasn’t too happy about it. Yet, I realized that His answer was the right one, I wanted a particular outcome that pertained to my ego and lead to disappointment.

That’s what leads to many disappointments, thinking prayer is means to change a situation for our personal desire. Reaching out to Creator is about getting the TRUE answer, it may not be favorable to you but it will be the best outcome. When you have time to think about why things turn out the way they did, you’ll be happy for it. For example, you wanted a relationship to work out in your favor and Creator has done everything to make sure you don’t get back together. That’s your answer, that person wasn’t for you and maybe this relationship has distracted you from other things that should have been important to you. Creator will never put you in a position to fail, we put ourselves in those situations because we put our egos before our souls. We sometimes want something bad enough that we are willing to overlook obvious red flags and not stop while we’re ahead. It’s okay though, it’s never a mistake if you learned something from it,

So when Creator doesn’t give you the answer you want…say thank you.
